Event Sponsorship Package
The Landlord Expo 2010 will be promoted to over 15,000 private landlords in the West and aims to attract in excess of 500 visitors.
The Event Sponsorship Package is £2,750 inclusive of VAT and consists of:
§ A4 page with profile of organisation, contact details and logo in Delegate Guide.
§ Logo, web link and profile of organisation on the Landlord Expo website.
§ Logo and name on all promotional material including promotion in local press.
§ Exhibitor stand in prime location within the Expo.
§ Light lunch & refreshments for up to two organisation representatives.
Delegate Pack sponsor:
The delegate pack is a bag handed to every delegate on arrival. The Delegate Pack sponsor will have their logo on one side of the bag and will be able to place their information in the bag.
The cost to sponsor the Delegate Pack is £600 including VAT
Refreshment sponsor:
Refreshments are provided free of charge to delegates throughout the day. The refreshment sponsor will be listed in the Delegate Guide, on the Expo website and will also be able to place information in the Delegate Pack.
The cost to sponsor the refreshments is £650.00 including VAT
Seminar Room Sponsor:
Three seminar rooms will be used during the day for the 10 seminar subjects.
Sponsorship of a seminar room will result in the room being renamed with your company name and advertised on the website, Delegate Guide and posters within the venue.
The cost to sponsor a seminar room is £500 inc VAT
Delegate Pack insert:
You can place your company literature and/or free merchandise in the Delegate Pack, given to every attendee at the Expo 2010.
The cost to place your company item in the Delegate Pack is £85.00 including VAT.
