2 SERVICE LEVELS
1. Client uploads relevant document into the calendar and then receives email from
Responsible Landlord advising them that they have a requirement to renew a service: £60
per annum per property
2. We can upload these documents for you, with relevant dates and the client receives email and copy of document advising them that they have a requirement to renew a service: £75 per annum per property
A landlord will have up to 20 separates records of information covering each property. These documents will be required to be renewed at different times as tenancy related documents will be renewed
on a new tenant, some annually and some periodically:
-Asbestos check in common areas
-Gas meter reading at start of tenancy
-Assured tenancy lease copy
-Gas Safety Documents
-Building insurance details
-Internal window blinds (child safety requirements)
-Condition form for checking in and out
-Inventory
-Content insurance details
-Legionnaires Disease documents
-Deposit protection details
-Plugs and Sockets Safety documents
-Electrical Installation Documents
-Reminder to inspect property on a bi-annual basis
-Electrical meter reading at start of tenancy
-Smoke and Carbon monoxide inspection details
-EPC copy
-Water meter reading at start of tenancy
-Furniture and Furnishings Safety documents
-How to rent guide and right to rent
